These terms govern your use of mathiasholmgren.com ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. The newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails at the address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the articles, text, graphics, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights.

You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts of our articles with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish, reproduce, or adapt substantial parts of the content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site (for example client or partner marks) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site links to and embeds third-party content, including training programs, external websites, and YouTube videos. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the third party's own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. No professional advice

The articles and materials on the Site share general information and professional perspectives on product and leadership topics. They are not tailored advice, and using the Site does not create a coaching, consulting, or other professional relationship between you and us. Do not rely on the content as a substitute for advice suited to your specific situation. Any coaching or consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
